Hi, I've accidentally come across your website while trawling the net about my condition - NF2. I am now in need of a handset that amplifies the high notes of the incoming caller. And I need a louder ringer - I have had a look at your phone models and while model JV35 has everything I need, I also require a free handset so am looking at C710. Please advise on what you would recommend for me.

My problems are: Totally deaf in left ear, diminishing hearing in right ear. Ringer only half what I could hear and voices on the phone hard to understand, sound too far away from the phone, or like they're down a tunnel   -Thanks, Gretchen.
